We have been away from this space over a year now. Yes work took a toll and we got busy with several assignments. We got so busy with designing PPT, facilitating trainings, meeting prospects and travelling that blogging took a back seat. However 2014 is a year miracles and miracles have started to unfold- we are back here to share our experiences as we sail through this special year.

March and April have been great work month for us at PMIC. 10th March being international Women’s day we were invited by several clients to speak on – Importance of Inner image, corporate grooming, business etiquette and personal skills.


We took a short trip to the beautiful north east to and returned to Pune with zeal and fervour to work on interesting assignments


We facilitated a program on Business Phone Etiquette for the sales team. In most businesses telephone is first point of contact with customers. Hence when the phone rings it is imperative to focus on being enthusiastic and sound as good as you really are. Call management skills are essential ingredient to make a great sales pitch.


A trip to the serene locale of Igatpuri, Nashik is always a pleasure. Located in the Western Ghats, this place is truly mesmerizing. Certainly an apt location to learn the techniques of meditation. I have been wanting go for Vipassana for a very long time. Though haven’t been able to gather the courage. Every time I visit Igatpuri I revisit my dream to do Vipassana. May be one day.

This time it was to train the senior management team on executive presence. One of the most interesting modules of training was creative thinking. It was indeed a delight to see participants think out of the box and innovate. The heart rending part is we had return to Pune in two days as we had assignments here.




Our next assignment was a talk on effective communication at the YPO spouse forum – Lovely ambience, scrumptious lunch and a group of insightful ladies. Yes we did click few pictures, however won’t be posting them here as per the group’s request.

We were in Mumbai to conduct International Business Etiquette workshop for two corporate clients. As always the most interesting was dining etiquette. Participants had great fun learning to use chopsticks. The other key aspects of the workshop were – Creating an “I” brand and importance of effective communication at work.


 The special month came to an end with this special rendezvous with Femina Miss India Koyal Rana and The veteran Ms. Sabira Merchant. It wasn’t all we were also featured in the Sakal times on 28th April 2014.
